Seymour Construction, Inc. was established over 30 years ago by Michael Seymour, who today is still closely involved with every project. Seymour Construction is devoted to building the finest custom homes in Western Maine and New Hampshire’s White Mountain region. Our company is based upon years of customer satisfaction by providing an experienced team of carpenters and master carpenters on every size project, close attention to detail, communication, and timely completions within budget. Every job is handled as if it were our own.

We understand how important your home is to you and that is why we are involved closely through every step of the way. Whether you approach us with blue prints in hand, an idea, or just how to get started deciding on the home you wish to build, we will guide you through the process from conception to completion.
We work closely with our designers and customers to keep any budget in mind from the start. When a design has been finalized we will present you with a detailed proposal for the entire construction costs. It has been one of our main goals to always complete each project timely and most importantly within budget. Our objective is to have a final product that exceeds your satisfaction.
During the construction we will oversee every aspect from ground-breaking through to the day you move in. We understand that there are questions and issues from our sub-contractors throughout the building process, that is why there is always a construction manager on site. It is our commitment to complete every phase with awareness and consideration of your needs. Seymour Construction stands behind everything we do.
